AxoLink TMS

Every location share starts with the driver tapping a link and giving explicit permission. No background tracking. No silent data collection.

When a driver is assigned to a load, dispatch can send them a one-time tracking link by SMS. The text identifies the carrier and the load.

The link opens a web page in the driver's browser. No app to download, no account to create. Works on any modern smartphone.

The page clearly explains what is being shared, with whom, and for how long. The driver must tap ‘Allow’ to start sharing.

While the page is open, the driver's location is sent to dispatch in real time. Closing the tab, revoking consent, or replying STOP ends the session immediately.

AxoLink TMS operates a transactional SMS program for driver location coordination. Below is a complete summary of how the program works.

AxoLink Track — Driver Location Coordination.

Transactional. Operational dispatch communications only. No marketing or promotional content.

Drivers are enrolled by their employing carrier or broker as part of their job onboarding. The carrier maintains a record of the driver's consent to receive operational SMS at their mobile number.

Frequency varies based on load activity. Drivers typically receive one or two messages per assigned load. Messages are sent only when there is an operational reason — new load assignment, tracking link, or status confirmation.

Reply STOP to any AxoLink Track message at any time to immediately stop all future messages. You will receive one final confirmation message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

Reply HELP to any AxoLink Track message to receive contact information for your carrier's dispatch team and AxoLink TMS support.

Message and data rates may apply. Drivers should consult their mobile carrier plan for details.

AxoLink Track works with all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their MVNO partners.

Location is shared only after the driver explicitly taps ‘Allow’ on the consent screen. Without consent, no location data is collected.

AxoLink TMS does not sell, rent, or share driver mobile numbers or location data with any third party for marketing purposes. Information collected through SMS is used solely to operate the dispatch and tracking service for the driver's carrier.

Tracking sessions end when the driver closes the browser tab, revokes consent, replies STOP, or when the load is marked complete by dispatch.

All location pings travel over HTTPS. Data is stored in encrypted form on AxoLink's infrastructure and is accessible only to the driver's carrier organization.

Replying STOP unsubscribes the driver immediately. They will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
